Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and free of damage.
- Items found to be used, tampered with, or improperly packaged will be sent back to you, and refunds will not be processed.
Return Process
- Write to us at care@toleofficial.com with your order number, product photos, & reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24–36 business hours. If approved, a return pickup will be arranged from your registered address.
- We will arrange a pickup from your registered address within X days.
- Once collected, the product and packaging will be inspected for tampering or any signs of use. Please allow up to 24–36 business hours for us to review your request.
- If approved, your refund will be initiated. If not, the product will be shipped back to your registered address.
Refund Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Share your bank details via email at care@toleofficial.com.
- Refunds are processed within 10–12 business days after the returned item clears inspection.
- A ₹200 convenience fee will be deducted.
Prepaid/Online Orders
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days directly to the registered bank account linked to your order.
- Shipping charges of up to ₹100 will be deducted.
Exchange
Exchange Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Price Adjustment
You may request an exchange for the same product or a different product of your choice:
- If the new product costs more, a secure payment link will be shared.
- If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.

- In case of any price difference, the balance amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Once the exchange is processed, a fresh piece—either the same product or another of your choice—will be shipped to your registered address.
