Warranty Coverage


Tôle offers a limited one-year warranty on all leather products, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered


  • Materials: Issues related to the quality of leather, stitching, zippers, and other hardware.
  • Workmanship: Flaws or imperfections arising from the manufacturing process.

What Is Not Covered


  • Physical Damage: Misuse, accidents, modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or alterations carried out by third parties.

Warranty Claims Process


  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
  • Inspection: Products must be inspected by Tôle to confirm eligibility. Customers may be required to send the product for review.
  • Resolution: If the claim is approved, Tôle will repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal value, at its discretion.
  • Shipping: Customers cover the cost of sending the product to Tôle. Return shipping for approved claims is covered by Tôle.

How to Submit a Claim


  1. Contact Support: Email or call Tôle customer support with purchase details and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Media: Submit clear photos/videos of the defect to expedite the process.
  3. Shipping Instructions: If approved, Tôle will share instructions on how and where to send the product.

Limitation of Liability


Tôle’s liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use or breach of warranty.
