Tôle Leather Products Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty on all its leather products, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.


What is Covered
  • Defects in Materials: Includes issues related to the quality of the leather, stitching, zippers, and other hardware.
  • Workmanship: Any flaws or imperfections in the manufacturing process. 

What is Not Covered
  • Physical Damage: Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair or alteration made by someone other than Tôle. 

Warranty Claims Process
  1. Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, the original purchase receipt or order number is required.
  2. Inspection: The product must be inspected by Tôle to determine if it is eligible for warranty coverage. This may require the customer to send the product to Tôle.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Tôle will, at its discretion, either repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value.
  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Tôle. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

How to Submit a Claim
  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to Tôle customer support via email or phone with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
  2. Submit Media: Provide clear photos and videos of the product and the defect to help expedite the claim process.
  3. Shipping Instructions: If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product for inspection.

Limitation of Liability

Our's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Tôle is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or from any breach of warranty.
